Lagerstroemia MIMIE® ROSE is the result of a dedicated breeding program led by Mr. Alain Dabadie. The goal was to develop Lagerstroemia varieties with early and abundant flowering and strong resistance to powdery mildew. MIMIE® ROSE produces impressive 30 cm panicles of vibrant pink flowers. Its resistance to powdery mildew has been thoroughly validated across Europe and the United States. This variety stands out with its unique weeping habit, offering versatile applications: flower beds, cascading blooms on stems, or bright summer ground cover. Its intense and prolific pink bloom ensures a striking visual impact, perfect for enhancing any landscape. With exceptional hardiness, MIMIE® ROSE delivers reliable, abundant flowering year after year, minimizing replacement costs. Its resilience to challenging conditions makes it an ideal choice for public and private green spaces. As a ground cover, it creates spectacular flower beds with low maintenance requirements, optimizing space and effort. Its ability to be grown on a stem adds a distinctive visual dimension to any garden or urban landscape.
