A spheric and compact plant with hardy leaves all year round. An excellent improvement for habit and stability. Summer flowering contrasting with the leaves. An essential part of all gardens, associated easily in flowerbeds. The habit and hardiness will readily allow pot plantation. An essential plant for all gardens, this shrub is very attractive in spring due to the vivid bronze tinted foliage with orangey-pink shoots. Over the season and into summer the colours will become yellow then green, turning a luminous orange with copper tints in autumn. Lovely dark pink flowers appear at the beginning of summer. No retrurning to green shoots as opposed to ‘GOLDFLAME’ and will thrive in containers, rock gardens, flowerbeds, terraces and low hedges. Associate with grasses, perennials, other summer flowering shrubs and evergreens.
